HOW BOOKING WORKS STEP BY STEP

STEP ONE

Send an e-mail my way that you are interested in therapy! You can share as little or as much as you would like in what has brought you to seeking therapy.

STEP TWO

I will respond with initially scheduling a complimentary 15 minute telephone consultation. This allows for us to get to know each other a little bit more and determine if I am the right person for you! 

STEP THREE

let's book our first session! yay! sessions are offered in-person or virtually.
